At Buyile Foundation, we believe that true education goes beyond the classroom. Our mission is to reduce inequalities and substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship. Through our 4-phase framework we aim to move underserved youth facing significant psychosocial challenges from abstract hope & aspiration to tangible action by curating transformative experiences that combine personal growth, career guidance, education, and access to opportunities to broaden their horizons & break from the cycle of poverty.
